Santino D'Antonio is a member of the High Table who cannot inherit his seat unless his older sister Gianna is dead. Riccardo Scamarcio plays him in John Wick: Chapter 2 as a young Italian aristocrat who shows up at Wick's house, holds out a blood marker Wick once accepted, and demands the murder. After Wick complies, Santino puts a seven-million-dollar bounty on his head to clean up the witness, then dies in the Continental Lounge with a bullet through the head from Wick's pistol, executed in violation of hotel rules. The execution is the film's hinge.
