Liz May Brice wears a Casio G-Shock

Liz May Brice plays the Umbrella team's field medic in Paul W.S. Anderson's Resident Evil (2002), credited simply as 'Medic.' Her role is small, a few minutes inside the Hive before the mission falls apart. On her wrist is the squad's standard watch, clearly visible in one shot: a black Casio G-Shock built on the DW-8400 Mudman, its display modified for the film. The DW-8400 is a real late-1990s G-Shock with a wide case and thick resin bezel; for Resident Evil the prop team altered the LCD, compositing a new readout over the screen so the watches matched the cold, computerized look of the facility.
