The crowdsourced identification is a Nautilus Annual Calendar Moonphase, the model with day and month windows up top, a date at six, and a moon in the lower half. Patek makes that watch in steel. It has never made it in yellow gold. So the piece on Hartnett's wrist is a reference that does not exist, almost certainly a prop, a fictional Patek for a fictional star. The one database that tried to picture it had to take a white-gold Nautilus and tint it gold to get close.
