The Seamaster Diver 300M has been Bond's Omega since 1995. The earlier reference was a quartz Seamaster Diver 300M 2531.80.00. Craig's 2220.80.00 is the Co-Axial automatic upgrade: a 41mm steel case, blue wave-pattern dial, date at three, unidirectional dive bezel, the Omega caliber 2500 inside. It is a three-hand diver, not a chronograph. The Co-Axial escapement is English watchmaker George Daniels's invention. Omega commercialized it in 1999. The watch's water resistance is 300 meters.
