William Sadler wears a TAG Heuer 2000 Series

Colonel Stuart's introduction in Die Hard 2 (1990) is a scene of naked tai chi in a hotel room, where a ring and his TAG Heuer are the only things he has on. William Sadler plays him as a rogue ex-Special Forces colonel who seizes the air traffic control system at Washington Dulles on Christmas Eve to free a drug-trafficking general being flown in for trial.

The watch is a TAG Heuer 2000 Chronograph Professional, a quartz chronograph built on an ETA movement with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph module, its dial reading "TAG Heuer 2000 QUARTZ professional 200 METERS SWISS MADE." Stuart and his soldiers all wear 2000-series TAG Heuers and synchronize them to the second to time the takeover; the henchmen's version, a steel reference 273.306/1, came from property master Mike Papac's collection and later sold through Prop Store.
