Willem Dafoe plays Marcus, an aging assassin who accepts a contract on John Wick and never means to fill it. The film puts him on a rooftop with a scoped rifle, lets him line up the shot, and has him spend it saving Wick instead. Chad Stahelski directed, with David Leitch, both former stunt coordinators.

For a brand without the reach of the big Swiss names, it was a long and visible placement.
