Lady Gaga wears an unidentified watch

House of Gucci, Ridley Scott's 2021 telling of how Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga) married into the Gucci dynasty and later had her ex-husband Maurizio (Adam Driver) killed, dressed her across 54 script days without repeating a costume or a piece of jewelry. The watch press mostly looked past her. Watchonista catalogued the men's grail pieces and decided Patrizia wears none, only Boucheron and Bulgari jewels. She does wear watches, and here is one of them.

In a quiet scene at her writing desk, in a leopard-print blouse with gold rings on her fingers, a gold watch sits on her wrist: a round gold case with a fluted bezel and a dark dial, on a finely woven gold bracelet. No logo reads off that dial, even up close, so the maker stays open. The costume archives point one way, though. Gagapedia and the La Maison Gaga credits both note that Janty Yates put vintage Gucci watches on Patrizia across several scenes, which makes a gold Gucci the natural guess here, even if no source pins this exact piece.

This is not the only watch Patrizia wears in the film. In her Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II look, hat and knit cape and brown gloves, a smaller pale-dialed watch rides over the glove at her cuff.
