Kelly Rohrbach wears a Casio G-Shock

The G-Shock specialists at G-Central identify the watch on C.J.'s wrist as a Casio G-2900F-1V, an inexpensive model with world time, a 40-set data memory, and a ten-year battery. On screen it carries the line's red "G-Shock" and "G" lettering and a chrome ring around the display, water-resistant to 200 meters. Casio built the first G-Shock in 1983 to meet engineer Kikuo Ibe's standard of surviving a ten-meter drop, and the G-2900F is a cheap, much later descendant, the kind of watch a working lifeguard would actually own.
