Joey King wears a Cartier Tank

Joey King plays the Prince in Bullet Train (2022) as a manipulative schoolgirl assassin, and the schoolgirl part is the weapon. She is the White Death's estranged daughter, riding the Kyoto-bound train to engineer her own father's death, and her methods run through other people: she forces Yuichi Kimura aboard by having someone stand over his hospitalized grandson, poisons one assassin, rigs the cash briefcase with explosives, sabotages a pistol to blow up in the hand that fires it, and shoots two men who get in the way. Her plan is to provoke her father into pulling the trigger of the gun she doctored. In the frame held in evidence she stands bloodied in the street after the train crash, machine pistol raised, moments before Lemon runs her over with a truck.

On her left wrist through all of this is a small gold Cartier Tank on a dark strap. IFL Watches, the one outlet to name the model, identifies it as 'a Cartier Tank Solo in yellow gold that fits well with her character.' The Tank itself has a history that suits a film full of weapons in disguise. Louis Cartier designed it in 1917, taking the flat rectangle and side rails of its case from the Renault tanks then crossing the Western Front, and he presented the prototype to General John Pershing of the American Expeditionary Force. When the watch reached customers in 1919, Cartier made six of them, and by the middle of January 1920 all six had sold.

A gold Tank is what a wealthy family gives a teenager, which is precisely the image the Prince trades on; that is a reading of the costume, not anything the film states. The identification itself is thin: no watch publication covered her wrist, the styling blog stands alone, and in the surviving frames the watch shows only as a strap and a sliver of pale dial at the edge of the gun.
