Gwyneth Paltrow wears an unidentified watch

In Iron Man 2, Pepper Potts runs Stark Industries while Tony Stark comes apart, and Gwyneth Paltrow plays her in sharp, spare work clothes with a small watch on her wrist. Jon Favreau directed. The film's watches mostly belong to Stark, who moves through several Jaeger-LeCoultre pieces across the story.

Pepper's is harder to place. In the Senate hearing scene, leaning over Stark at the witness table, she wears a small rectangular watch, a pale dial in a steel case on a brown leather strap. The flat rectangle is the shape Cartier built the Tank around and Jaeger-LeCoultre the Reverso, but the dial never turns far enough to the camera to read a name or a set of numerals.

So it stays a rectangular dress watch and nothing more certain than that. It is the right register for Pepper, who is dressing to hold her own in a room full of men.
