Yoson An wears an Oris Big Crown ProPilot

Samuel Dele is the co-pilot, the one with ten minutes of battery and a storm to land through. Yoson An plays him in Plane, second seat to Gerard Butler's captain, and on his wrist, on an olive-green nylon strap, is an Oris Big Crown ProPilot Altimeter. You can read it in the wreckage scene: the oversized crown, the second crown beside it, and the ring of small numbers around the dial.

That ring is an altimeter. The Big Crown ProPilot Altimeter is the rare wristwatch with a working mechanical one, a 47mm steel case that reads height off changes in barometric pressure, on a scale marked in feet. The second crown sets it. The oversized 'big crown' is older than that trick, a holdover from Oris's early pilot watches, sized for a gloved hand in an open cockpit. A watch-spotting database puts it at reference 01 733 7705 4134-SET, the olive-strap version, which is the one on screen.
