Quentin Glass does the work that Howard Saint doesn't want on his hands. Will Patton plays the enforcer in Jonathan Hensleigh's The Punisher (2004), the person who carries out the ugly business — interrogations, intimidation, the tasks that require someone willing to get close. Patton gives Glass a reptilian patience that makes him more unsettling than the generic thugs around him. Thomas Jane's Frank Castle is the one with the skull and the guns, but Glass is the villain you remember.
His watch hasn't been identified. Glass occupies that middle ground between boss and muscle — the consigliere, the fixer — where the watch could go either way. Something too expensive signals ambition beyond his station. Something too cheap undersells his role. Patton's career has been built on supporting parts like this (Armageddon, Remember the Titans, No Way Out), and prop departments tend to dress him in things that suggest competence without flash. Whatever Glass is wearing, it's probably the same kind of watch Patton has worn in half his other roles: nondescript, practical, forgettable by design.
