The Bourne Identity runs so fast that its smaller characters barely register. Tim Dutton plays Eamon in Doug Liman's 2002 thriller, a man living quietly in the French countryside with his children. Bourne and Marie arrive at his remote farmhouse because it is one of the addresses Bourne finds among the fragments of his lost identity. Eamon recognizes trouble immediately but lets them stay, and that brief hospitality is the most human moment in a film that otherwise operates at sprint pace.
The sighting image is a promotional poster for the film, not a still of Dutton's character, so his steel watch isn't visible for identification. Eamon is a small role, but Dutton plays the wariness and resignation well — the look of a man who knows exactly what kind of person just showed up at his door.
