Sylvester Stallone wears an unidentified watch

Sylvester Stallone is the single biggest reason anyone outside Italy knows the name Panerai. Through the 1990s he wore the brand's oversized Luminor in his films and on his press tours and turned a small maker of Italian diving instruments into a status object, which is why a watch on Stallone's wrist tends to come with an assumption attached. In Walter Hill's Bullet to the Head he plays the New Orleans hitman Jimmy Bobo, and the assumption does not hold up. The watch in the alley scene is gold, on a gold bracelet, with none of the Luminor's slab case or crown-guard bridge. What it actually is never reads clearly on screen.
