Lucky Number Slevin (2006) is built on a long con that reaches back to a fixed horse race and a murdered family. Paul McGuigan's thriller cuts between Josh Hartnett in the present, trapped between the rival crime bosses played by Morgan Freeman and Ben Kingsley, and the flashbacks that explain how the revenge plot began. Oliver Davis plays Young Slevin in those earlier scenes, the boy who survives the killing that turns him, years later, into the methodical adult Hartnett plays.
In one flashback the boy sits in a car beside Bruce Willis's Mr. Goodkat, studying a wristwatch. Collectors who have looked closely identify it as a vintage Hamilton Tonneau, the barrel-shaped, gold-toned case Hamilton built on an expansion bracelet in the late 1920s and early 1930s. No watch publication has documented the piece. The identification comes from a fan wiki and collector forums rather than a verified source, so it remains a careful reading of the screen, not a confirmed one.
