In Leviathan, a hand closes around a ribbed hydraulic line deep in the mining station, and a black diver with a red second hand rides the wrist. It belongs to Bridget Bowman, played by Lisa Eilbacher, one of the crew working the ocean floor in George Cosmatos's 1989 undersea horror, a film that drops a salvage team a mile down and lets an Alien-style creature loose in the corridors.
Bowman is part of the crew that hauls up a piece of a sunken Soviet ship and brings its secret inside: vodka laced with a mutagen that turns the men who drink it into a single growing sea-thing. Eilbacher, a few years past Beverly Hills Cop, spends the film as one of the workers trying to reach the surface before the water and the creature get them all.
The watch is standard-issue kit for the job, a black-cased sport diver with white markers and a red sweep hand, worn dial-up against the machinery, but nothing on it resolves into a brand, so it stays unidentified. The station sits at a depth where the company rates a wristwatch as safety equipment, and hers keeps time on a crew the film is about to start killing off one at a time.
