Josh O'Connor's Daniel Kellner spends Disclosure Day on the run, carrying the proof that Wardex has been hiding evidence of alien contact, and the watch on his wrist is about as unflashy as that premise is enormous. He wears a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical, which Hamilton identifies directly as the watch worn by Daniel Kellner in Steven Spielberg's 2026 film.
Kellner is a cybersecurity expert, and in the story he steals the evidence because he thinks the world deserves to know. That gets him hunted by Wardex, led by Noah Scanlon, played by Colin Firth. So yes, aliens, secret files, a fugitive whistleblower, and a hand-wound field watch. Somehow that all tracks.
So what is he wearing?
It's the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical, reference H69409930. The watch has a 38mm stainless steel case with black PVD coating, a black dial, sapphire crystal, 20mm lugs, and a textile NATO strap with a pin buckle. The dial uses triangular markers with old-radium-colored Super-LumiNova, and the movement is Hamilton's H-50 hand-wound caliber with an 80-hour power reserve. No battery. No gloss. Just wind it and go.
I like the contrast here because the other Hamilton in Disclosure Day is the Jazzmaster Open Heart worn by Noah Scanlon. That watch shows its mechanics through an opening in the dial. Kellner gets the Khaki Field Mechanical, a plainer thing with military roots and almost no theatrical instinct at all (which, in a Spielberg alien-conspiracy thriller, is a small miracle of restraint).
I don't have a clean film frame in this record to study the watch on O'Connor's wrist, so the visible detail comes from Hamilton's own placement and product page rather than a screen grab. The strongest verifiable fact is still very strong: Daniel Kellner, played by Josh O'Connor, wears the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical ref. H69409930 in Disclosure Day.
