Josh Brolin wears an IWC Portofino

In Ridley Scott's American Gangster (2007), Josh Brolin plays Detective Trupo, the corrupt narcotics cop who shakes down half of 1970s Harlem and tries to muscle in on Frank Lucas's heroin operation. The evidence frame catches him in full plumage: black leather trench coat, striped shirt, a loud patterned tie, mustache and slicked hair, standing in front of the corkboard of photographs and index cards that maps the Lucas case.

What it does not catch is his watch. An IWC Portofino, the brand's slim Roman-numeral dress line, has been attributed to Trupo, but no available frame shows it clearly enough to confirm, and a restrained dress watch is an odd fit for a cop who flashes everything else he owns. So it stays an IWC Portofino as a possibility, nothing firmer.
