Mr. White makes one mistake, and it kills him. Harvey Keitel plays the veteran thief in Quentin Tarantino's 1992 Reservoir Dogs, a man experienced enough to know the diamond heist went wrong but not suspicious enough to realize the wounded kid he's protecting is the undercover cop who caused it. Keitel's White is the crew's moral center, which in a Tarantino film means he is the one who gets destroyed by his own decency. He vouches for Mr. Orange, argues for him, cradles him while he bleeds, and in the final seconds hears the confession. Then he shoots him.
In this image, Keitel points two guns directly at the camera with another suited figure behind him, looking like a man who has run out of options and patience. A watch is visible on his wrist — steel, practical. It hasn't been identified. White is an old-school professional who would wear something reliable and plain, the kind of watch a man puts on when he does not want anyone looking at his wrist.
