Dave Moss is the man in the office who has decided the system is rigged. David Mamet wrote Glengarry Glen Ross as a play in 1984, and James Foley directed the 1992 film adaptation with a cast that reads like a murderers' row: Pacino, Lemmon, Harris, Baldwin, Spacey, Arkin. Ed Harris plays Moss as pure frustrated aggression — he's not the best closer (that's Pacino's Ricky Roma) and he's not the most desperate (that's Lemmon's Shelley Levene), but he's the one angry enough to suggest stealing the Glengarry leads from the office safe.
Moss wears a stainless steel watch with a light-colored dial on a metal bracelet, visible as he sits in the cramped office. The brand hasn't been identified. For a character whose entire worldview comes down to what he deserves versus what he's getting, the watch is unremarkable — functional, mid-range, the kind of thing a salesman wears who hasn't closed enough deals to upgrade.
