Colin Farrell wears an unidentified watch

Sugar returned for a second season on June 19, 2026, with Colin Farrell back as the private detective who behaves like he wandered out of a 1940s film print. The new case is a missing man, the troubled older brother of a rising boxer, folded into Sugar's longer search for his own sister. The watch on his wrist in the premiere keeps up the vintage act.

It is a small steel watch on a brown leather strap, with a pale cream dial, full Arabic numerals in a slim old-fashioned typeface, and a railroad minute track around the rim. The hour hand is the unusual part, an openworked hand with a diamond-shaped cutout near the tip, closer to an antique pocket watch than to anything on a modern sports model. The crown sits at three.

The maker has not been identified. Season one put a Venezianico Redentore, a thin dress watch with a power reserve, on Sugar's wrist, so the show has a habit of choosing small independent watchmakers over the obvious luxury names, which is a reasonable place to start looking.
