The Amazing Spider-Man, Marc Webb's 2012 reboot, made a point of having Peter Parker build his own web-shooters instead of producing them biologically, the way the comics do. He cobbles them together out of spare parts, including old watches. So there is a small joke in the fact that the watch Peter actually wears on his wrist is a real one, a Hamilton Jazzmaster Viewmatic.
Hamilton confirmed the placement on its own account years later, posting that "Peter Parker, played by Andrew Garfield, wears this Jazzmaster Viewmatic as he learns about his new spider-like abilities." The reference is H32455785: a 37-millimeter steel watch with a black dial, running the workhorse ETA 2824-2 automatic. The name comes from the back, which is glass rather than steel, so you can watch the movement turn. It is one of the cheaper ways into a Swiss mechanical watch.
That suits the character. This Peter Parker is a high-schooler from Queens, raised by an aunt and uncle who are not wealthy, and the Jazzmaster sits at the affordable end of real watchmaking rather than the luxury end. It is the kind of watch a bright kid might get as a gift or save up for, which is about right for a teenager who builds web-shooters out of the watches he has lying around.
