Bobbi Morse fights with batons. Across the back half of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season three, the show keeps finding reasons to put Adrianne Palicki in motion, including a brawl with a Hydra operative named Kebo in a swimming pool. Morse is written as a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist who turns out to be one of the team's best in a fight, and Palicki plays the fighting harder than the science.
The watch is easier to find off screen than on it. It is an Armitron WR330, a black-and-red digital on a perforated rubber strap, the kind of cheap sport watch sold off a drugstore peg. Propstore later auctioned it alongside her weighted batons, a lot pulled from the episodes Among Us Hide... and Closure, the brand and model still legible on the case even though the auction listing described it only as a black and red metal and urethane digital watch. By Propstore's account she wears it on a mission with Coulson and Hunter.
The WR in the name is water resistance and the 330 is its rating, 330 feet on paper. Deep water is the one thing this watch is built to survive and close to the last thing a S.H.I.E.L.D. field agent will ever ask of a watch. Morse wears it anyway, an anonymous tool she would not mind losing in a fight, keeping time while she does the louder work with the batons.
