Zac Efron wears a Swanson

Dirty Grandpa drops an uptight corporate lawyer into a Florida road trip with his recently widowed grandfather, who happens to be Robert De Niro at his filthiest. Zac Efron plays the lawyer, Jason Kelly, and the movie is mostly his composure coming apart one humiliation at a time. He starts buttoned-up and ends a wreck.

So what does a guy like that wear while he's still buttoned-up? Something that looks like success. Jason's watch is two-tone steel and gold with a fluted bezel, a pale dial, and a jubilee-style bracelet - basically a Rolex Datejust, until you read the dial, which says Swanson. Propstore sold the screen-used one in 2016, still running, with three spare bracelet sections bagged alongside it and a certificate of authenticity. I like it for the character: a watch doing an impression of a pricier one, worn by a young lawyer doing an impression of a more established man.
