Trevor White wears an Omega Chronograph

A silver-haired man in a dark suit and a pale tie moves through Pierpoint's glass and concrete, another banker a step off his shoulder. This is Bill Adler, played by Trevor White, the global head of fixed income, currencies and commodities, based at the bank's New York headquarters. He hired Eric Tao years ago and stayed close to him, and as Eric's senior he treats that history as a claim on Eric's loyalty.

His watch is an Omega chronograph on a leather strap. The show's costume designer, Laura Smith, named it to GQ, though she did not give a reference. In the third season Eric, newly made partner and recently divorced, buys himself a seven-thousand-dollar Omega Speedmaster Professional to mark the promotion, and Smith reads the two Omegas as one gesture made twice: a junior man reaching for the symbol his superior already wears, the pair of them picturing themselves at the summit of Pierpoint together.

Eric's Speedmaster is the loud version, the Moonwatch bought to prove he has arrived. Adler's is the older and plainer one, worn on leather and never mentioned, and it is the watch Eric is actually copying. Adler does not need it to announce anything. He already has the job.
