Tommy Lee Jones wears a Hamilton Ventura

Agent K spends the start of Men in Black II neuralized and running a post office in Truro, Massachusetts, until Agent J tracks him down and restores his memory. Once K is back in the black suit, the watch on his wrist is a Hamilton Ventura, the asymmetric, shield-shaped watch Hamilton first made in 1957 and the standard Men in Black issue since the first film in 1997.

The Ventura even works its way into the plot. In a locker at Grand Central Station, a miniature alien civilization treats K's watch as their clocktower, the timekeeper at the center of their tiny world. Barry Sonnenfeld directed the sequel, with Tommy Lee Jones as K and Will Smith returning as Agent J, who wears a Ventura of his own.
