John Rambo has spent four films at war. By Last Blood, the fifth and final one, he is back in Arizona, raising horses on the family ranch and digging a warren of tunnels under it. Adrian Grunberg directed the 2019 picture. When Rambo's adopted niece is taken by a Mexican cartel, those tunnels become the killing ground for the last act.
The watch on his wrist is a Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec, and it is the one piece of Rambo's kit that nobody can buy. According to the watch journalist Roberta Naas, who covered it, the piece was built as a one-off for Stallone and his role, a variation on the brand's Patravi ScubaTec Black Manta Ray special edition. It has the blacked-out look of that watch, a DLC-coated black titanium case, black bezel, black strap, but it carries the standard ScubaTec's honeycomb dial with the date at three rather than the Manta's shutter-style face. Only one was made, and it is not for sale.
The closest thing on the market is the production Patravi ScubaTec Black, a COSC-certified automatic rated to 500 meters that sold for around 6,900 Swiss francs. Naas notes that Stallone picked the watch himself, the way he has chosen many of the watches for his films, and not as part of any brand deal. It is a 500-meter dive watch, made for the deep ocean, worn by a man who spends the movie fighting in dry tunnels under the Arizona desert.
