Ryan Reynolds wears a Hamilton Khaki Navy

Ryan Reynolds plays Hal Jordan in Green Lantern (2011), a cocky test pilot chosen by a dying alien to join an interstellar police force. The film flopped, and Reynolds has been joking about it ever since.

On Jordan's wrist is a Hamilton Khaki Navy BeLOWZERO, an all-black dive watch with a PVD-coated case rated to 1000 meters. Hamilton documents the placement on its own Timekeepers Club blog, and Hodinkee lists Green Lantern among the films that feature the standard BeLOWZERO, alongside Predators and The Martian. On screen the watch reads as a dark block on the wrist, its black case and strap merging in shadow, which is exactly the look the BeLOWZERO is built around.
