Randall Park wears a Rolex GMT-Master II

Office Christmas Party (2016) throws a large ensemble into a single question: can a tech company's doomed Chicago branch throw a party wild enough to land a major client and avoid closure? Will Speck and Josh Gordon direct Jason Bateman and T.J. Miller as the branch's straight man and party-animal boss, with Jennifer Aniston as the corporate CEO sister threatening to shut them down. Kate McKinnon, Olivia Munn, and Courtney B. Vance fill out the cast. Randall Park plays Fred, one of the office employees caught in the escalating chaos.

The Rolex GMT-Master II on Park's wrist is the version collectors call the "Batman," named for the blue-and-black bezel Rolex introduced in 2013. It became one of the harder GMT-Master variants to find at retail, and in Office Christmas Party it turns up prominently enough to appear on one of the film's posters.
