Nicolas Cage wears an unidentified watch

Kristoffer Borgli's Dream Scenario (2023) runs on a very online premise: what happens when a man goes viral for something he never did? Nicolas Cage plays Paul Matthews, a balding, bearded evolutionary biology professor who, for no reason anyone can explain, starts turning up in millions of strangers' dreams. It makes him a minor celebrity at first, and Michael Cera plays the marketing man who wants to monetize the phenomenon, but when the dream version of Paul turns violent he becomes a pariah for things he never did while sitting at home with his wife Janet, played by Julianne Nicholson. A24 released it.

In one scene Paul sits with his hands clasped at a table, and a watch shows at his left cuff. Most of it stays hidden under the shirtsleeve; what is visible is a gold-toned case with a dark dial. The brand does not read, and no source has identified it.
