Mischa Barton wears an unidentified watch

Murder at the Embassy (2025) is a period whodunit set in 1934 Cairo, directed by Stephen Shimek and built as a sequel to Invitation to a Murder. Mischa Barton returns as Miranda Green, the Agatha Christie-reading amateur sleuth who has turned professional and now investigates a killing, and a stolen document, inside the British Embassy. Lionsgate released it.

In this still Green sits in a paneled room with a brass lamp behind her, in a deep red 1930s blouse and a striped tie, studying a small folded card in her hands. The only thing at her wrist is a gold chain-link bracelet below her cuff. If a watch hangs on it, the face is turned away, and nothing here, nor any source, identifies it.
