In Barry Levinson's Disclosure (1994), adapted from Michael Crichton's novel, Michael Douglas plays Tom Sanders, a Seattle tech executive who expects a promotion and instead ends up working under a new boss, Meredith Johnson (Demi Moore), who accuses him of sexual harassment after he rebuffs her.
