Thanks for Sharing is a 2013 dramedy about sex addiction, the directing debut of Stuart Blumberg, who had co-written The Kids Are All Right. Mark Ruffalo plays Adam, five years into recovery and starting to date Phoebe (Gwyneth Paltrow) without telling her why his life is so carefully managed. Tim Robbins plays his sponsor, Josh Gad a struggling newcomer to the group, and the singer Pink plays another addict in Gad's orbit.

On Adam's wrist, by the watch-spotting accounts, is a Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium: the lightweight version of Hamilton's field watch, a black dial and the brand's usual military lineage, the company having made watches for American soldiers in both World Wars. You can pick it out in the Central Park scene where Adam and Phoebe sit on a bench after a bike ride, a dark round field watch on his left wrist, though the dial never comes close enough to read.

The identification is not airtight. It comes from a French watch site and a watch-spotting aggregator, both calling it the titanium Khaki Field, with no word from Hamilton and no auction or magazine behind it. Hamilton publicized its placement in Zulu the same year, and there is no such announcement here, so the Khaki Field is a credible reading of a watch that is plainly there rather than a confirmed one.
