Hamilton has spent decades putting its watches in movies, from Stanley Kubrick to Interstellar, and unlike most brands it keeps score. Go to Hamilton's website, find the Jazzmaster Gent Quartz, reference H32411555, and the product page tells you it was featured in Taken 3, worn by Bryan Mills, played by Liam Neeson. The watch is no secret, because the company that made it wants you to know.
It is a modest thing to be bragging about. The Jazzmaster Gent is a plain steel dress watch with a silver dial, a quartz movement, and a brown leather strap, the kind of Hamilton that sells for a few hundred dollars. Neeson wore one in Taken 2 as well, so by the third film it is just part of Bryan Mills, the retired CIA man who keeps getting pulled back in. In Olivier Megaton's installment he is framed for the murder of his ex-wife Lenore, with Forest Whitaker's detective on his trail while Mills uses his particular skills to find the real killer.
You can see the watch in the press stills, a steel case on a dark strap, the dial turned away as he levels a pistol across the hood of a car. The dial does not need to be readable. For once the identification does not come from a freeze-frame or a guess. It comes from the watchmaker.
