The joke is that this LeBron is sentimental and tight with money, the kind of friend who stages an intervention about your love life and then argues over how to split the lunch bill.

Hodinkee called it "a limited edition fit for the King." It retailed around fifty thousand dollars. So the man on screen haggling over a lunch check is doing it while wearing roughly a car's worth of watch, one he designed himself.
