Kevin Costner wears a Hamilton Khaki Aviation

Kevin Costner plays William Harper, the veteran CIA handler who pulls Jack Ryan out of a hospital bed, runs him as a desk analyst for years, then activates him for the field. On his wrist is a Hamilton Khaki Aviation Flight Timer, the second of the two Hamiltons in the film. It is a 40-millimeter steel pilot's watch built on an ana-digi quartz movement, with a second time zone, a chronograph, an alarm, a flight timer, and a perpetual calendar packed into the dial.

Hamilton modified Harper's watch for the production, something the brand does regularly, building custom pieces for film characters. It also sets up a contrast on screen: a plain mechanical field watch on the young analyst, and this busy multifunction quartz on the handler who has been at it for decades.
