At the end of Avengers: Endgame, after Tony Stark's funeral, Happy Hogan sits on the porch of the Stark family cabin with Stark's daughter Morgan tucked under his arm. He asks if she is hungry; she wants cheeseburgers. Happy tells her that her dad liked cheeseburgers too, then promises to get her all the cheeseburgers she wants, a promise that reaches back to the first Iron Man, when a freshly rescued Stark asked for an American cheeseburger while Happy drove him home. Those are Jon Favreau's only lines in what was then the highest grossing film ever released.

Happy wears the Hamilton Jazzmaster GMT, a dress watch that adds a second time zone to the dial. Hamilton has been putting watches in movies since Shanghai Express in 1932 and counts more than 500 screen appearances; this one is among its quietest. Happy spends his scene in a dark suit with his arm around the girl, and the watch never makes it into the frame of the scene's production still.

Favreau directed Iron Man in 2008, the film that launched the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and he resisted the ending Endgame gave it. When the Russo brothers told him they meant to kill Stark, he argued against it; years later he admitted he had been wrong. His one scene in the finished film is the aftermath of the death he tried to talk them out of.
