Elly Conway writes spy novels about an agent named Argylle, and the novels keep coming true. Matthew Vaughn directed the 2024 thriller from Jason Fuchs's script: Bryce Dallas Howard plays the reclusive novelist, her cat Alfie features prominently, and Henry Cavill plays the imaginary Agent Argylle she keeps picturing. Apple and Universal released it in February 2024 behind an eighty million dollar marketing campaign, and it grossed 96.2 million dollars against a budget north of two hundred million. John Cena plays Wyatt.

The wrists in Argylle were a coordinated effort. Bremont, the British watchmaker, created watches for the film's characters, Agent Argylle, Elly, Aidan, Alfred Solomon, Ritter, Keira, and Wyatt among them, the second time the company worked a Matthew Vaughn film after producing exclusive pieces for the first Kingsman in 2014. Wyatt's is the ALT1-P2 Jet, the blacked-out version of Bremont's pilot's chronograph. Co-founder Nick English described the collection built around the film as precision engineering joined to the movie's narrative.

Bremont also sold the film as product: three limited editions with the Argylle diamond pattern worked into their dials, a polished steel GMT of two hundred pieces, a black DLC three-hander of seventy-five built on the U-2, and a yellow-accented 34 millimeter of seventy-five. None of the three is Wyatt's watch. His came out of the standard catalog.
