Jeremy Strong's Kendall is a man forever auditioning to run a global media empire, and a world-time watch is almost comically on message.

Vacheron Constantin is the oldest of the three houses collectors call the holy trinity, older than Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet both, in continuous operation since 1755. The Traditionnelle World Time reads all of the planet's time zones at once, thirty-seven of them, arranged around a center the color of a lacquered map. It is white gold on a leather strap, close to fifty thousand dollars, and it makes no noise about any of it.

That silence is the tell.
