Gary Busey wears a Rolex Submariner

Andrew Davis directed Under Siege (1992), with Gary Busey as Commander Krill, the executive officer of the USS Missouri who has sold out to a team of mercenaries planning to steal the battleship's nuclear Tomahawks. Krill is Busey at his most unhinged, a wisecracking traitor who thinks he is running the operation until Tommy Lee Jones's Strannix reminds him otherwise. Steven Seagal plays Casey Ryback, the ship's cook and former SEAL who stops them.
