Elisa Servier wears a Cartier Tank Américaine

Welcome Aboard, released in France in 2011 as Bienvenue à bord, is Eric Lavaine's comedy set aboard a luxury cruise ship. Elisa Servier plays Caroline Berthelot, and on her wrist is a Cartier Tank Américaine in yellow gold.

The Tank Américaine is the long, gently curved version of Cartier's Tank, introduced in 1989, its rectangular case stretched to follow the line of the wrist. The identification is thin. It rests on a single watch-news writeup, the French site Montres de Luxe, which noted only that Servier wears "une Tank Américaine en or jaune."
