Bruce Dern wears an Omega Speedmaster

Joe Dante directed The 'Burbs (1989) as a suburban satire, with Tom Hanks as a homeowner on a stay-at-home vacation who gets pulled into investigating the mysterious Klopek family next door. Rumsfield has been identified as wearing an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, the manual-wind chronograph NASA qualified for spaceflight in 1965 and that reached the Moon in 1969. That identification rests on a single enthusiast source, and the watch is hard to make out in the available stills, so it stays plausible rather than confirmed.
