Benoît Magimel wears a TAG Heuer Monaco

Guillaume Canet waited nine years to reassemble the cast of Little White Lies, and for the 2019 sequel, Nous finirons ensemble, Benoît Magimel's character had changed watches. In the 2010 original, Vincent Ribaud, the osteopath, wore a Rolex Oyster Date. Here he wears a TAG Heuer Monaco, which a French watch magazine spotted on his wrist.

The Monaco is the square one, the chronograph Steve McQueen wore racing in Le Mans, and the watch TAG Heuer has traded on ever since. The company, then just Heuer, launched it in 1969 as the first automatic chronograph built into a square case. It is a flashier watch than the plain steel Oyster Date Vincent wore the first time around.
