Barbara Carrera wears a Cartier Tank

Never Say Never Again (1983) is the Bond film made outside the official Eon series, the one that brought Sean Connery back to the role at fifty-two under director Irvin Kershner. Barbara Carrera plays Fatima Blush, the SPECTRE operative who pursues Bond through the Bahamas and the south of France, a role that earned her a Golden Globe nomination.

Fatima is reported to wear a gold Cartier Tank. Louis Cartier designed the Tank in 1917, its case said to echo the overhead lines of the Renault tanks then crossing the Western Front, and it went on to become one of the most copied dress-watch shapes of the century.
